There is huge variety in the backgrounds of those coming to confirmation. In Castle Church Stafford, there was a young lad whose prayer life and personal had in turn touched an older man, who had been a Baptist minister and has a PhD in Hebrews, and both alongside two students, one of whom was baptised in the pool, who have helped each other greatly in their faith. It was a joy to see Christian family lived out together (and they fed me with a BBQ afterwards!)
